Fix: This sign-up form is not currently accepting registrations

Customers see this on a hosted signup link when the form is not live. How to switch it on and what else produces a 404 on the same link.

Fix

  1. Open the template in the dashboard and go to its signup form.
  2. Set the form's status to live.
  3. Reload the link.

A 404 on the same link means the hash in the URL is wrong (Card template not found.) or the template has no signup form yet (Sign-up form not found for this card template.).
