What is a digital loyalty card?
A loyalty card stored as a pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet instead of a plastic card or a separate app. The business can update it and send notifications to it.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The pass goes into the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet app that is already on their phone.
Can I use points and rewards?
Yes. Loyalty templates support a points balance, and the platform also has stamp, membership, coupon and gift card templates if a different mechanic fits better.
How do I connect it to my shop or point of sale?
Shopify stores can connect through our Shopify integration, and any other system can use the REST API on the Growth plan and above. Pass issuing and updating also work by hand from the dashboard.
How long does setup take?
