Fix 403 template_limit_exceeded when creating a template

template_limit_exceeded means your account has reached its plan's template cap. How to check usage, free a slot or upgrade, and retry the create.

Plans cap how many templates an account can hold. At the cap, POST /card-templates is refused.

Fix

  • Read usage in the response for your current count and limit.
  • Delete a template you no longer use with DELETE /card-templates/{templateId}.
  • Or move to a plan with a higher limit. Growth and above include unlimited templates on the pricing page.
