Fix 403 card_limit_exceeded on a signup form

Customers see an error on your signup form when the account hits its card limit. What card_limit_exceeded means and how to restore signups quickly.

A hosted signup form refuses new registrations once the account has reached its plan's card limit.

Fix

Upgrade the plan from Settings, then Billing. Plan limits are on the pricing page.
Remove passes you no longer need.
Contact support if you expect to pass the limit soon, so the plan change is not a surprise.
