Common questions.
Who's a good fit for the program?
Marketing consultants, agencies running paid campaigns, content creators in the loyalty / CRM / POS space, and operators with an audience of hospitality, retail, or events brands. If you talk to people who'd benefit from Apple Wallet or Google Wallet passes, you'll do well.
What can I share?
Any content we publish (blog posts, vertical landing pages, case studies), every vertical landing page on shakewellwallet.com, plus your unique referral link. We also provide banner ads, screenshots, and copy snippets in your dashboard.
How are referrals tracked?
Through a combination of cookie attribution and a URL parameter on your unique link. The cookie lasts 90 days. Attribution is double-safe — if a customer clears cookies but signs up with the referral URL we still credit you.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, on the 5th of each calendar month, once your balance crosses the $100 minimum. Payouts are processed through Stripe in your local currency where supported, USD otherwise.
Can I refer enterprise customers?
Yes — but Enterprise commission is custom (deal sizes vary and contracts run longer). For enterprise referrals, email partnerships@shakewellwallet.com first so we can scope the right commission structure with you.
